Graduated in 1997 from the Law School of Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo; postgraduate degree in Compliance from Getulio Vargas Foundation (GVlaw); specialist in Criminal Law from the Paulista School of Magistracy and in Constitutional Law from the Superior School of Constitutional Law; member of the Special Commission on Criminal Law of the OAB/SP (Brazilian Bar Association - São Paulo Section) and member of the São Paulo Lawyers Association and the Institute for the Defense of the Right to Defense.
José Carlos Abissamra Filho
Doctor and Master of Law in Criminal Law - PUCSP. Postgraduate degree in Economic Criminal Law from Getulio Vargas Foundation - GVlaw. Postgraduate degree in Economic and European Criminal Law from the Institute of Economic and European Criminal Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra in partnership with the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences. Professor at the Paulista School of Law - EPD (Postgraduate studies in Criminal and Criminal Procedure Law). Coordinator of the Permanent Commission on Rights and Prerogatives of the São Paulo Bar Association. President of the Special Criminal Law Committee of the São Paulo Bar Association.
